Marketing and communication

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications intern with a keen interest in culture, free thought, and social transformation. The selected candidate will be an active part of our communications team, working to expand and strengthen our presence across different platforms and create content that inspires others to join the ITTT movement.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration in the creation and dissemination of content for our social networks and other communication channels.
Support in digital marketing strategy and online campaign management.
Writing articles and content for LinkedIn and the ITTT website.
Managing relationships with communities on social networks.
Support in the organization and promotion of online and in-person events via WhatsApp.
Metrics analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Be enrolled in or have completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related disciplines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and management of social networks and digital marketing tools.
Creativity, proactivity and ability to work in a team.
Passion for free thought and social transformation.
Advanced level English.
Availability to work full-time for 6 months.

Finance and accounting

We are seeking an intern in the Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Accounting department, with strong analytical skills and an interest in finance and strategic management. This person will play a key role in supporting our internal operations, contributing to the management of the movement's financial and operational resources.

Responsibilities:

Support in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial plans.
Analysis of financial data and preparation of periodic reports.
Collaboration in treasury management and control of payments and collections.
Support in the optimization of operational processes and the implementation of improvements in internal efficiency.
Participation in the preparation of financial and strategy reports.
Collaboration with the management team in making strategic and operational decisions.
Support in the preparation of accounting documents and internal audits.

Requirements:

Be pursuing or have completed studies in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Accounting.
Good command of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
Analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Basic knowledge in accounting and finance.
Proactive attitude, organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Passion for free thought and social impact.
Availability to work full-time for 6 months.
